Your lips and chin are a little unsettling!
But otherwise it works really well. Good angle, outfit and lighting. Never been a monacle fan, but it seems to work pretty well with your overall look sir!

Personally I preferred your long hair, only just! But that's not to say there's anything wrong with the shorter style. It really suits the outfit and you face shape. Very cute!

Simple - yet effective.
Classic Gallente features, good lighting and framing. Avatar overall is rather simplistic, same with the background, but that's neither working for or against it overall (I like simple themes too!).
Down points? Nothing really stands out. If it was my avatar I'd maybe re-sculpt the face a little to sharpen her features, but otherwise you're lookin' good.
7/10 !

She's 16 though so not really supposed to be well endowed 
In fact I re-scultped her just the other night primarily to reduce her bust even further.
Did you mean angle, or placement/height in the frame? I still need to play with the actual angle a little more, but the positioning in the frame is on purpose, to give her a smaller appearance than her older sisters (who both sit higher in the frame)

Nice work!
I like the detail - there's lots going on on your image. Like the lighting/shadows a lot. I agree it has a piratey feel about it too.

Very nice. Simple style and outfit, nice features and framed pretty well.
She seems to blend a lot with the background though due to the similar shades.
